All Sports Speed, Strength and Conditioning Camps
are a 3 - week camps (Mon, Tues, Thurs, Friday) designed to help you get stronger, faster, bigger, and tougher. With the use of advanced training equipment, and Serra High School's new weight room, Next Level Strength Staff will help take your athletic ability to the next level. This camp is ideal for preparation for your high school freshman try-outs or your upcoming Pop Warner season. We will introduce the athletes to advanced speed and agility drills. We will also incorporate basic weight training principles and techniques for weight lifting. A football will be used in some drills, but the main emphasis on this camp will be getting your body into condition to help you make Freshman teams in any sport, or your Pop Warner team. This camp is a great camp for kids of all sports. This camp originated six years ago as a football specific camp. The All Sports Speed, Strength and Conditioning Camps are suited for athletes who participate in all sports! Over the years, we have seen decent athletes not make their teams because they simply were not in shape... Don't allow this to happen to you!
