Our Camp Coordinator, Dean Ayoob, has been working Next Level Football Camps for five years. Dean is an accomplished student graduating Serra High School, the University of Denver, and earning his masters degree in Sports Management from the University of Kansas.

In addition to his academic accomplishments Dean has made a name for himself in the High School coaching community. Dean has worked at Serra High School as assistant coach serving as Varsity Special Teams Coordinator, Varsity Linebackers Coach, Varisty Quarterback's and Running Backs Coach, and most recently the Head Coach of the Serra Freshman Team.

Dean's well rounded background and knowledge of the high school game will help you step up to the Next Level.

At Next Level we believe that our staff will teach you how to achieve at the high school level in the areas of academics, attitude, and in football.

Chuck Rapp attended Serra High School, where he played basketball and ran track, graduating in 1986. He graduated from UC Berkeley in 1991 with a degree in English. He currently teaches English at Serra High School. Rapp has been coaching basketball for 17 years, the past 15 at Serra. During those 17 years he has posted only one losing record. He has served as the Varsity head basketball coach for the past 6 years, compiling a 125-55 record. He has won 3 WCAL League titles (’03,’04, ‘05), 3 CCS titles (’04,’05,’06), and a Northern California Division I title (’05). Rapp has twice been named San Mateo Times County Coach of the Year (’03 and ’05) and once named San Jose Mercury CCS Coach of the Year (’04).

Tim played at Serra High School and was a two time WCAL player of the year. He is the career leader in points at Serra and is in the Serra sports Hall of Fame. He went on to play four years at Loyola Marymount University. From there Tim started his professional European career in Ireland . He played in Ireland for two months before moving on to play in Portugal for Ovarense for four years. His team won the Portuguese championship one year and he led the league in 3pt. shooting 2 out of his 4 years. He finished his playing career in Spain, his last two years in Cantabria and Valls. He began coaching the Junior Varsity team at Serra in 2005-06 and Serra finished in second place in the WCAL. He was also the assistant coach for the serra Varsity Team in 2005-06 which won Division I in CCS. He is currently the Junior Varsity coach at Serra High School.
